Overview

Your first scan is an important step in protecting your content. This guide walks you through the setup process and what to expect.

Before Your First Scan

Prerequisites

You Must Have:

1. ✅ Account created and verified
2. ✅ At least one model name added
3. ✅ Paid plan active (Essentials, Luxe, Glamour, or Ultra VIP)
4. ✅ Payment method on file
5. ✅ Email verified

Free Plan Users:

• Quarterly basic scans only
• Upgrade to any paid plan for daily scans
• Limited to 3 high-priority sites
• Up to 100 results per month

Add Model Names

Required Step:

1. Go to Profile Setup → Model Names
2. Click Add Model Name
3. Enter your stage name
4. Add variations if desired
5. Save model name

What to Add:

• Primary stage name
• Common variations
• Alternate spellings
• Platform-specific names
• Previous names (if applicable)

Verify Payment

Ensure Payment Works:

1. Go to Account Settings → Billing
2. Verify payment method on file
3. Check card is not expired
4. Ensure sufficient funds
5. Update if needed

First Scan Confirmation

Confirmation Modal

When It Appears:

• After adding first model name
• Before first scan starts
• One-time confirmation
• Can dismiss and return later

What It Shows:

• Model name to be scanned
• Scan details
• What will be searched
• Estimated timeline
• Confirmation button

Accept Confirmation

Steps:

1. Read confirmation details
2. Verify model name correct
3. Click Start Scanning
4. Scan begins immediately
5. Dashboard updates

If Not Ready:

• Click Later to dismiss
• Scans run on a daily schedule
• No penalty for delay

First Scan Timeline

Immediate (0-1 hour)

What Happens:

• Confirmation accepted
• Scan queued
• System initializes
• Platforms contacted
• Scanning begins

Dashboard:

• Status changes to "Scanning"
• Progress bar appears
• Estimated time shown
• Updates every 15 minutes

In Progress (1-4 hours)

Scanning Process:

• Searching across platforms
• Collecting results
• Analyzing content
• Verifying matches
• Compiling report

What You See:

• Progress percentage
• "Scanning in progress" label
• Estimated completion time
• Can check anytime
• Don't need to wait

Completion (Within 24 hours)

When Scan Finishes:

• Notification sent
• Dashboard updates
• Results appear
• Status changes to "Active"
• Next scan scheduled

Results Include:

• Total detections found
• Platforms with content
• URLs of leaked content
• Detection details
• Recommended actions

First Scan Results

View Results

Access Results:

1. Go to Scanning dashboard
2. Click model name
3. Select Scan Results
4. See all detections
5. Review details

Result Information:

• Platform name
• Content URL
• Detection date
• Content type
• Confidence level
• Status

Understand Results

What Results Mean:

• Content found on platform
• URL where content appears
• Detection confidence
• Whether already actioned
• Next steps available

Example Result:

• Platform: Pornhub
• URL: pornhub.com/video/12345
• Found: Today at 2:45 PM
• Type: Video
• Status: New detection

No Results?

If No Detections Found:

• ✅ Good news - no leaks detected
• Content not indexed yet
• Model name not found on platforms
• Scan completed successfully
• Continue monitoring

What To Do:

• Check model name spelling
• Add name variations
• Upload content to platform
• Wait for indexing
• Try manual scan later

First Scan Actions

Review Detections

For Each Detection:

1. Click to view details
2. Verify it's your content
3. Check URL
4. Review platform
5. Decide on action

Verification:

• Is it actually your content?
• Is it unauthorized?
• Should it be removed?
• Do you own copyright?

Submit Takedowns

For Paid Plans:

1. Select detection
2. Click Submit Takedown
3. Review details
4. Confirm submission
5. Takedown sent

For Free Plan:

• Use DIY removal resources
• Manual submission required
• Educational guides available
• No automated takedowns

Mark False Positives

If Not Your Content:

1. Click detection
2. Select Not My Content
3. Provide reason
4. Submit feedback
5. Helps improve detection

Scan Frequency After First Scan

Automatic Scheduling

After First Scan:

• Next scan scheduled automatically
• Based on your plan
• Continues regularly
• No action needed

Schedule by Plan:

• Free: Quarterly scans
• All Paid Plans: Daily scans

Manual Scans

Trigger Anytime:

1. Go to Scanning dashboard
2. Click Scan Now
3. Confirm action
4. Scan starts immediately
5. Results within hours

When to Use:

• After uploading new content
• Suspect new leak
• Want immediate results
• Testing system
• Urgent situation

Troubleshooting First Scan

Scan Won't Start

If Scan Doesn't Begin:

1. Wait up to 24 hours
2. Refresh dashboard
3. Verify model name added
4. Check payment method
5. Contact support

Solutions:

• Confirm account verified
• Check internet connection
• Try manual trigger
• Verify payment works
• Contact support

Scan Takes Too Long

If Exceeds 4 Hours:

1. Check progress in dashboard
2. Verify internet connection
3. Refresh page
4. Wait a bit longer
5. Contact support if stuck

Normal Duration:

• Typical: 1-2 hours
• Maximum: 4 hours
• If longer: May be issue

Unexpected Results

If Results Seem Wrong:

1. Review each detection
2. Verify it's your content
