Viewing Scan Results

Scan Results Overview

The Scan Results page displays all detected instances of your content found across the internet. This is your command center for reviewing threats and taking action against unauthorized use.

Accessing Scan Results

1. Navigate to Scan Results from the main menu
2. You'll see a list of all detected matches
3. Filter and sort to find specific results
4. Click on any result for detailed information

Understanding the Results Page

Results List

Each Result Shows:

• Content Preview: Thumbnail of the detected content
• Platform: Where the content was found
• Confidence Score: How certain we are it's your content (0-100%)
• Detection Date: When we found it
• Status: New, Reviewed, Takedown Submitted, Resolved
• Actions: Quick action buttons

Confidence Scores

Score Interpretation:

• 90-100%: Very high confidence - almost certainly your content
• 70-89%: High confidence - likely your content
• 50-69%: Medium confidence - review recommended
• Below 50%: Low confidence - may be false positive

Filtering Results

Filter Options

Filter By:

• Status: New, Reviewed, Pending Takedown, Resolved
• Platform: Specific websites or categories
• Confidence Score: High, Medium, Low
• Date Range: When content was detected
• Content Type: Photos, Videos, etc.
• Priority: High, Medium, Low

Search Function

Search For:

• Specific URLs
• Platform names
• Content titles
• Your model names
• Date ranges

Reviewing Individual Results

Click on a Result

Detailed View Shows:

• Full Screenshot: Evidence of the infringement
• Complete URL: Direct link to infringing content
• Platform Information: Site details and traffic data
• Detection Details: How and when we found it
• Your Original Content: Side-by-side comparison
• Metadata: File information and context

Evidence Package

Each Detection Includes:

• Screenshot of the infringing page
• URL with timestamp
• Platform information
• Confidence score explanation
• Matching algorithm details
• Context (views, comments, upload date)

Taking Action

Action Options

For Each Result You Can:

1. Submit Takedown: File a takedown request
2. Mark as False Positive: Not actually your content
3. Ignore: Valid use or not worth pursuing
4. Escalate: Requires priority attention
5. Add to Watchlist: Monitor without action

Submit Takedown

Quick Takedown Process:

1. Click "Submit Takedown" on the result
2. Form pre-fills with detection data
3. Review and confirm information
4. Submit takedown request
5. Track progress in Dashboard

Mark as False Positive

If It's Not Your Content:

1. Click "Mark as False Positive"
2. Optionally provide reason
3. Helps improve detection accuracy
4. Result is hidden from future scans

Bulk Actions

Select Multiple Results:

• Check boxes next to results
• Choose bulk action
• Submit multiple takedowns at once
• Mark multiple as reviewed
• Export data for records

Result Status Types

New

• Recently detected
• Awaiting your review
• No action taken yet
• Appears in "New Results" filter

Reviewed

• You've looked at it
• Decision pending
• Not yet actioned
• Marked for follow-up

Takedown Submitted

• Takedown request filed
• In progress with platform
• Tracking in Dashboard
• Awaiting resolution

Resolved

• Content has been removed
• Takedown successful
• Archived for records
• Can be re-scanned if needed

Ignored

• You chose not to pursue
• Valid use or low priority
• Hidden from active results
• Archived for records

Platform Details

For Each Platform We Show:

• Site Name: The website hosting content
• Traffic Rank: How popular the site is
• Takedown Success Rate: Historical success with this platform
• Average Response Time: How quickly they respond
• Compliance Level: How cooperative they are

Risk Assessment

Platform Risk Factors:

• High Traffic: More people seeing your content
• Poor Compliance: Difficult to get content removed
• Leak Aggregator: Specialized in leaked content
• International: May be harder to enforce

Organizing Results

Sorting Options

Sort By:

• Newest First: Most recent detections
• Highest Confidence: Most certain matches
• Platform Risk: Most dangerous platforms first
• Content Value: Your highest-priority content
• Oldest First: Long-standing violations

Custom Views

Create Saved Filters:

Notifications

Alert Settings

Get Notified When:

Troubleshooting

No Results Showing

Possible Reasons:

• Content hasn't been scanned yet (wait 24-48 hours)
• No unauthorized use detected (good news!)
• Filters too restrictive (reset filters)
• Content not uploaded to AMP

Too Many False Positives

Solutions:

• Upload higher quality originals
• Add watermarks to content
• Improve metadata accuracy
• Report false positives to improve AI

Can't Submit Takedown

Check:

• KYC verification completed
• Original content uploaded
• Valid copyright claim
• All required fields filled

Understanding Match Types

Exact Matches

• Identical to your original
• 95-100% confidence
• Strongest legal claim
• Highest priority

Modified Matches

• Cropped, resized, or edited
• 70-95% confidence
• Still valid for takedown
• May need additional evidence

Partial Matches

• Clips or excerpts
• 50-70% confidence
• Review carefully
• May be fair use

Low Confidence

• Below 50% confidence
• Likely false positive
• Review before action
• May not be your content
