Troubleshooting: No Scan Results

Why your scans return no results and how to fix it

Overview

If your scans are completing but returning zero results, this guide will help you diagnose and fix the issue.

Eligibility Checks

Verify Account Status

Check These:

  1. Account verified (KYC complete)
  2. Paid plan active (Luxe, Glamour, or Ultra VIP)
  3. Payment method valid
  4. No account suspension
  5. Email verified

How to Check:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Check verification status
  3. Verify payment method
  4. Check subscription active
  5. Review account status

If Issue Found:

  • Complete verification
  • Update payment method
  • Activate subscription
  • Contact support

Verify Model Names

Check These:

  1. At least one model name added
  2. Model name is active
  3. Name spelled correctly
  4. Not archived
  5. Confirmed saved

How to Check:

  1. Go to Profile SetupModel Names
  2. See all model names
  3. Verify active status
  4. Check spelling
  5. Confirm saved

If Issue Found:

  • Add model name
  • Activate if archived
  • Fix spelling
  • Confirm save

Content Indexing

Why Content Isn't Found

Possible Reasons:

  • Content not indexed yet
  • Content removed already
  • Model name not on platforms
  • Content on private sites
  • Search engine limitation

Waiting for Indexing

Timeline:

  • New content: 24-48 hours
  • Some content: Up to 7 days
  • Older content: May never index
  • Varies by platform
  • Varies by search engine

What To Do:

  1. Wait 48 hours minimum
  2. Try manual scan
  3. Add name variations
  4. Check platform directly
  5. Try again next week

Content Already Removed

If Content Gone:

  • No results is good news
  • Content already removed
  • Leak resolved
  • No action needed
  • Continue monitoring

Verify:

  1. Check platform directly
  2. Search manually
  3. Confirm content gone
  4. Monitor for re-upload

Model Name Issues

Spelling Variations

Problem:

  • Model name spelled wrong
  • Platform uses different spelling
  • Name variations not added

Solutions:

  1. Add name variations
  2. Include common misspellings
  3. Add alternative spellings
  4. Add platform-specific names
  5. Try manual scan

Examples:

  • "YourName" + "Your_Name"
  • "YourName" + "YourName69"
  • "YourName" + "YourNameXXX"
  • "YourName" + "YourName Official"

Name Not Found

Problem:

  • Model name not used on platforms
  • Content under different name
  • Not yet indexed

Solutions:

  1. Verify name is correct
  2. Check platform directly
  3. Add alternative names
  4. Wait for indexing
  5. Use manual searches

What To Do:

  1. Go to platform
  2. Search for your content
  3. See what name is used
  4. Add that name to AMP
  5. Try scan again

Platform Coverage

Verify Platform Monitored

Check:

  1. Platform in 500+ list
  2. Custom site added (if niche)
  3. Platform is active
  4. Not delisted

If Not Monitored:

  1. Add as custom site (Glamour/Ultra VIP)
  2. Use manual searches
  3. Request platform addition
  4. Contact support

Niche Platforms

If Using Niche Platform:

  1. Add as custom site
  2. All paid plans: Unlimited custom sites
  3. Scan will include custom site
  4. Results should appear

How to Add:

  1. Go to Site MonitoringCustom Sites
  2. Click Add Site
  3. Enter platform URL
  4. Confirm
  5. Scan will include

Search Engine Limitations

Content Not Indexed

Why This Happens:

  • Search engines don't index everything
  • New content takes time
  • Some platforms excluded
  • Private content not indexed
  • Deleted content not indexed

What To Do:

  1. Wait for indexing
  2. Try manual searches
  3. Check platform directly
  4. Request manual search

Private Content

If Content Private:

  • Search engines can't find it
  • Manual searches may help
  • Check platform directly
  • Contact support

Scan Configuration

Verify Scan Settings

Check:

  1. Scan frequency correct
  2. Model names active
  3. Custom sites added
  4. Scan not paused
  5. Scan schedule active

How to Check:

  1. Go to Scanning dashboard
  2. Check scan status
  3. Verify model names
  4. Check custom sites
  5. See next scan time

Manual Scan

Trigger Manual Scan:

  1. Go to Scanning dashboard
  2. Find model name
  3. Click Scan Now
  4. Confirm action
  5. Scan starts immediately
  6. Results within hours

Use When:

  • Want immediate results
  • Suspect new content
  • Testing system
  • Urgent situation

First Scan Timing

First Scan Delay

Why Delay:

  • System initializing
  • Confirmation required
  • First scan takes longer
  • Normal process

Timeline:

  • Confirmation: Immediate
  • Scan starts: Within 1 hour
  • Results: Within 24 hours
  • Next scan: Based on plan

What To Do:

  1. Accept confirmation modal
  2. Wait up to 24 hours
  3. Check dashboard
  4. Results will appear
  5. Next scans automatic

  • Quarterly scans only
  • 1 model name
  • 3 high-priority sites
  • Up to 250 results
  • Limited coverage

To Get More:

  • Upgrade to any paid plan
  • Daily scans
  • 500+ sites

  • Daily scans
