Keeping Track of Takedowns

Monitor and manage your takedown requests from the dashboard

Dashboard Overview

Your AMP Dashboard is mission control for content protection. It provides a real-time overview of your protection status, active takedowns, and threat monitoring.

Accessing Your Dashboard

After logging in, you'll automatically land on your Dashboard at /service/dashboard. You can also access it anytime by clicking Dashboard in the navigation menu.

Dashboard Components

Protection Status Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see key metrics:

Protected Assets

  • Total number of photos, videos, and content under active monitoring
  • Quick view of your content library size

Active Threats

  • Current unauthorized content detections requiring attention
  • Number of pending takedown requests

Takedown Success Rate

  • Percentage of successful takedown requests
  • Trend indicators showing improvement or decline

Protection Effectiveness Score

  • Overall health metric for your content security
  • Color-coded indicator (green = excellent, yellow = good, red = needs attention)

Active Takedown Requests

The main section of your dashboard displays your takedown requests:

Takedown Status Cards

Each takedown request shows:

  • Content Preview: Thumbnail or description of the protected content
  • Platform: Where the unauthorized content was found
  • Status: Current state of the takedown request
  • Submitted Date: When the request was filed
  • Last Updated: Most recent status change

Status Types:

  • Pending: Takedown request submitted, awaiting platform response
  • In Progress: Platform is reviewing the request
  • Successful: Content has been removed
  • Failed: Request was denied (with reason)
  • Escalated: Requires additional action or legal intervention

Filtering and Sorting

Filter Options:

  • By Status: View only pending, successful, or failed requests
  • By Platform: Filter by specific websites or platforms
  • By Date: Show requests from specific time periods
  • By Content Type: Filter by photos, videos, or other content

Sort Options:

  • Most Recent: Newest requests first
  • Oldest First: See your earliest pending requests
  • By Priority: High-priority threats first
  • By Success Rate: Platforms with best/worst response rates

Takedown Request Details

Click on any takedown card to view full details:

Request Information

  • Content Details: Full description of your protected content
  • Infringing URL: Where the unauthorized content was found
  • Evidence: Screenshots or proof of infringement
  • Submission Date: When the takedown was filed
  • Platform Contact: Who received the takedown notice

Timeline

  • Submitted: Initial filing date and time
  • Acknowledged: When platform confirmed receipt
  • Under Review: Platform review period
  • Resolved: Final outcome and date

Actions Available

  • View Evidence: See the proof submitted with the request
  • Contact Support: Get help with this specific takedown
  • Escalate: Move to priority handling if urgent
  • Add Notes: Document any additional information

Understanding Takedown Timelines

Different platforms have varying response times:

Fast Response (1-3 days)

  • Major adult sites with DMCA compliance teams
  • Social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram)
  • File-sharing services

Medium Response (3-7 days)

  • Smaller adult content sites
  • Forums and community platforms
  • International websites

Slow Response (7-14+ days)

  • Non-compliant websites

Some platforms take longer to respond. Our system automatically follows up on pending requests to ensure they're processed.

Your success rate is calculated as:

Successful Takedowns / Total Takedowns × 100

For creators with multiple active takedowns:

Select multiple takedown requests to:

  • Mark as Reviewed: Acknowledge you've seen the status
  • Export Data: Download takedown records for your files
  • Add to Priority: Escalate multiple requests
  • Archive: Move completed requests to archive
