Quota Management & Visual Tracking

Manage your monthly takedown quota with visual indicators and progress tracking

Overview

The quota management system shows your takedown usage in real-time with visual indicators, progress bars, and helpful alerts to keep you informed.

Quota Cards

Dashboard Display

Each Quota Card Shows:

  • Feature name
  • Current usage
  • Total quota
  • Percentage used
  • Remaining amount
  • Days until reset
  • Upgrade option

Example Card:

Takedowns This Month
████████░░ 800/1,000 (80%)
Remaining: 200
Reset in: 5 days
Upgrade to Ultra VIP for 1,000/month

Card Location

Where to Find:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Look for quota cards
  3. See real-time usage
  4. Monitor progress
  5. Plan strategy

Cards Displayed:

  • Takedowns this month
  • Model names used
  • Custom sites added
  • Other plan limits

Color Coding System

Green Zone (0-75%)

Visual:

  • Green progress bar
  • Plenty of quota left
  • Normal usage
  • No action needed

What It Means:

  • Comfortable usage level
  • No concerns
  • Continue as normal
  • No urgency

Example:

  • Using 500/1,000 (50%)
  • Green bar
  • 500 remaining
  • All good

Yellow Zone (75-90%)

Visual:

  • Yellow progress bar
  • Approaching limit
  • Getting close
  • Caution advised

What It Means:

  • Monitor closely
  • Plan ahead
  • Consider upgrade
  • Adjust strategy

Example:

  • Using 850/1,000 (85%)
  • Yellow bar
  • 150 remaining
  • Plan carefully

Red Zone (90-100%)

Visual:

  • Red progress bar
  • Near or at limit
  • Urgent attention
  • Action needed

What It Means:

  • Very close to limit
  • Upgrade recommended
  • Reduce submissions
  • Plan for next month

Example:

  • Using 980/1,000 (98%)
  • Red bar
  • 20 remaining
  • Upgrade now

Over Limit (100%+)

Visual:

  • Red progress bar
  • Exceeded quota
  • Overage charges apply
  • Immediate action

What It Means:

  • Quota exceeded
  • Paying overages
  • Upgrade strongly recommended
  • Reduce submissions

Example:

  • Using 1,050/1,000 (105%)
  • Red bar
  • 50 over quota
  • $17.50 overage charge

Progress Bars

Understanding Progress

Visual Representation:

  • Filled portion = used quota
  • Empty portion = remaining quota
  • Percentage shown = usage rate
  • Color indicates status

Reading the Bar:

████████░░ = 80% used, 20% remaining
██████░░░░ = 60% used, 40% remaining
██░░░░░░░░ = 20% used, 80% remaining

Updating in Real-Time

When Updated:

  • After each submission
  • Immediately reflected
  • No delay
  • Always current

Refresh:

  • Automatic updates
  • Manual refresh available
  • Real-time accuracy
  • Always accurate

Alerts & Notifications

Usage Alerts

Automatic Notifications:

At 75% Usage:

  • Email alert sent
  • Dashboard notification
  • Message: "Approaching quota limit"
  • Recommendation: Plan ahead

At 90% Usage:

  • Email alert sent
  • Dashboard notification
  • Message: "Near quota limit"
  • Recommendation: Consider upgrade

At 100% Usage:

  • Email alert sent
  • Dashboard notification
  • Message: "Quota limit reached"
  • Recommendation: Upgrade now

Over Limit:

  • Email alert sent
  • Dashboard notification
  • Message: "Over quota - overages apply"
  • Recommendation: Upgrade immediately

Configuring Alerts

Customize Notifications:

  1. Go to Notifications
  2. Find quota alerts
  3. Enable/disable
  4. Set frequency
  5. Choose channels
  6. Save preferences

Alert Channels:

  • Email
  • In-app notifications
  • SMS (Ultra VIP)
  • Dashboard banner

Reset Countdown

Days Until Reset

Countdown Display:

  • Shows remaining days
  • Updates daily
  • Counts down to reset
  • Helps with planning

Example:

  • Reset in: 5 days
  • Reset in: 1 day
  • Reset in: Today
  • Reset: Completed

Planning Around Reset

Before Reset:

  • Check remaining quota
  • Plan final submissions
  • Use remaining wisely
  • Prepare for next month

After Reset:

  • Quota fully replenished
  • Start fresh
  • New month begins
  • Counter resets to 0

Upgrade Prompts

When Prompts Appear

Upgrade Prompts Show When:

  • At 75% usage (yellow)
  • At 90% usage (red)
  • At 100% usage (over limit)
  • Trying to exceed quota
  • Nearing monthly reset

Prompt Content:

  • Current usage
  • Plan limit
  • Recommended plan
  • Upgrade button
  • Savings shown

Acting on Prompts

Upgrade Options:

  1. Click "Upgrade Now"
  2. Select new plan
  3. Choose billing period
  4. Review pricing
  5. Confirm upgrade
  6. Quota increases immediately

Dismiss Prompts:

  • Click X to close
  • Prompt reappears later
  • Not permanent dismissal
  • Upgrade still recommended
