The Member Wall system enforces plan-based quotas and limits. It ensures fair resource allocation and helps you understand your plan's capabilities.

What is Member Wall?

The Member Wall is the system that manages your plan's quotas, limits, and feature access. It displays your usage in real-time and shows when you're approaching limits.

How Member Wall Works

Quota Enforcement

System Process:

Plan defines quotas
System tracks usage
Displays in dashboard
Alerts when approaching limit
Blocks when limit reached

Quotas Managed:

Model names (1 for Free, Unlimited for all paid plans)
Social profiles (unlimited on all plans)
Creator profiles (unlimited on all plans)
Custom sites (0 for Free, Unlimited for all paid plans)
Monthly takedown notices (0 for Free, 25/100/250/1,000 for paid plans)

Visual Indicators

Dashboard Display:

Quota cards show usage
Progress bars indicate percentage
Color coding (green/yellow/red)
Remaining quota shown
Upgrade prompts when needed

Quota Types

Hard Limits

Cannot Exceed:

Model names
Social profiles
Creator profiles
Custom sites

What Happens:

Cannot add more
"Add" button disabled
Message: "Limit reached"
Must upgrade to add more

Example:

Free: 1 model name max
Try to add 2nd: Blocked
Message: "Upgrade to add more"
Solution: Upgrade to any paid plan for unlimited model names

Soft Limits (Monthly Quotas)

Can Temporarily Exceed:

Takedown requests
Scan results

What Happens:

Can submit beyond quota
Overage charges may apply
Alerts shown
Upgrade recommended

Example:

Essentials: 25 takedown notices/month
Submit 26: Blocked (hard limit on lower tiers)
Message: "Monthly quota reached"
Solution: Upgrade to Luxe for 100/month

Action needed soon
Limited capacity

Over Limit (100%+):

Limit exceeded
Cannot add more
Must upgrade
Or remove items

Monthly Quota Reset

Reset Schedule

When Quotas Reset:

Every month on billing date
Same date each month
Automatic reset
No action needed

Example:

Billing date: 15th
Monthly quota resets: 15th each month
Takedown notices available: 25 (Essentials)
Resets: 15th of next month
Used this month: 18/25
Remaining: 7

Tracking Reset

See Reset Date:

Go to Account Settings
Click Billing
See renewal date
Quotas reset on that date
Countdown shown

Before Reset:

Quota cards show remaining
Countdown timer visible
Plan ahead for month
Use remaining quota

Upgrade Prompts

When Prompts Appear

Upgrade Prompts Show When:

Quota at 75% (yellow)
Quota at 90% (red)
Quota exceeded (over limit)
Trying to use locked feature
Approaching monthly reset

Note: Takedown notice quotas are hard limits. When you reach your monthly limit, you must wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan.
