Step 2: Select Your Billing Period

Use the dropdown menu to choose your preferred billing period:

• Monthly
• Quarterly (3 months) - 15% off
• Semi-Annually (6 months) - 20% off
• Yearly - 25% off

The prices will automatically update to reflect your chosen period and discount.

Step 3: Choose Your Plan

Click on the plan card that best fits your needs. The available plans are displayed side-by-side for easy comparison:

• Free: Basic monitoring, no payment required
• Essentials: Daily scans + de-indexing + takedowns ($69/mo)
• Luxe: Most popular, professional protection ($199/mo)

The selected plan will be highlighted, and an order summary will appear.

Step 4: Review Your Order

Check the order summary to confirm:

Click the "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page.

Step 6: Complete Payment

On the Stripe checkout page:

Step 7: Confirmation

After successful payment:

Managing Your Subscription

Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen billing period:

Invoice Access

All invoices are available in the Stripe Customer Portal:

1. Navigate to Settings → Account
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. View and download invoices from the billing history

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• You'll receive an email notification
• Stripe will automatically retry the payment
• Update your payment method in the Customer Portal to avoid service interruption

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my billing period?

Yes, you can change your billing period by canceling your current subscription and starting a new one with your preferred period. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, you can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I pause my subscription?

Currently, we don't offer subscription pausing. You can cancel and resubscribe when you're ready to resume protection services.

What happens if I don't complete KYC verification?

Some features, particularly DMCA takedown submissions, require KYC verification. You can subscribe without KYC, but you'll need to complete it to access all features.
