Domain Monitoring

Track repeat offender domains and identify platforms that frequently host your leaked content

Domain Monitoring

Overview

Domain monitoring helps you identify which websites are hosting your leaked content most frequently. By tracking repeat offenders, you can prioritize your takedown efforts where they matter most, recognize patterns, and build cases for escalation or legal action against persistent infringers.

All Paid Plans

Domain monitoring is included with all paid plans and integrated into your analytics dashboard.

How Domain Monitoring Works

Automatic Tracking

Every time we detect infringing content, we automatically:

  1. Record the domain - Track which website hosts the content
  2. Count infringements - Tally total violations per domain
  3. Track over time - Monitor frequency and patterns
  4. Calculate metrics - Analyze takedown success rates
  5. Identify trends - Detect emerging problem platforms

Data Collection

For each domain, we track:

  • Total infringements detected
  • First detection date
  • Most recent detection
  • Infringement frequency
  • Content types found
  • Takedown success rate
  • Average removal time
  • Escalation history
  • Platform category

Viewing Domain Statistics

Domain Monitoring Dashboard

Access from:

  • Analytics Dashboard → Domain Monitoring
  • Scan Results → Filter by Domain
  • Takedowns → Domain Analysis

View options:

  • List view (sortable table)
  • Chart view (visual graphs)
  • Heat map (geographic distribution)
  • Timeline view (historical trends)

Key Metrics Displayed

Per-Domain Statistics:

  • Infringement Count - Total violations found
  • Detection Rate - Frequency of new detections
  • Success Rate - Percentage of successful takedowns
  • Response Time - Average time to removal
  • Escalation Rate - How often escalation was needed
  • Re-upload Rate - Content re-posted after removal
  • Risk Score - Overall threat level (High/Medium/Low)

Sorting and Filtering

Sort domains by:

  • Most infringements
  • Most recent activity
  • Worst success rate
  • Longest response time
  • Highest escalation rate
  • Risk score

Filter by:

  • Platform type (tube sites, file sharing, forums, etc.)
  • Time period (last 30/90/365 days)
  • Status (active, escalated, resolved)
  • Geographic location
  • Success rate threshold

Identifying Repeat Offenders

What Makes a Repeat Offender

Domains classified as repeat offenders when:

  • 5+ infringements detected
  • Multiple detections within 30 days
  • Content re-uploaded after removal
  • Pattern of non-compliance
  • Poor takedown response
  • Escalation required multiple times

Repeat Offender Indicators

Red flags:

  • 🔴 High Volume - 10+ infringements
  • 🔴 Persistent - New content weekly
  • 🔴 Unresponsive - Ignores takedown notices
  • 🔴 Re-uploader - Restores removed content
  • 🔴 Bad Faith - Deliberately hosts pirated content

Automatic Flagging

System automatically flags domains with:

  • 10+ total infringements
  • 3+ infringements in 30 days
  • Below 50% takedown success rate
  • Average response time over 14 days
  • 2+ escalations required

Using Domain Data Strategically

Prioritize Takedown Efforts

Focus on high-impact domains:

  1. Identify top offenders - Sort by infringement count
  2. Review success rates - Focus on responsive platforms first
  3. Allocate resources - Prioritize high-traffic sites
  4. Plan escalation - Prepare for unresponsive domains

Example strategy:

  • Tier 1: Responsive sites (quick wins)
  • Tier 2: Moderate offenders (standard process)
  • Tier 3: Repeat offenders (escalation ready)
  • Tier 4: Persistent violators (legal action consideration)

Optimize Scan Coverage

Adjust monitoring based on data:

High-risk domains:

Low-risk domains:

  • Standard monitoring
  • Normal scan frequency
  • Batch processing acceptable

Build Escalation Cases

Use domain history for:

  • Stronger escalation notices
  • Pattern of infringement evidence
  • Repeat offender documentation
  • Legal case building

Learn about Escalation Process →

Analyze patterns:

  • Which platform types host most content
  • Geographic concentration of infringement
  • Seasonal trends in violations
  • Emerging problem platforms
  • Platform migration patterns

Domain Risk Scoring

How Risk Scores Work

Calculated based on:

  • Infringement frequency (40%)
  • Takedown success rate (30%)
  • Response time (15%)
  • Re-upload behavior (10%)
  • Escalation history (5%)

Risk Levels

High Risk (Score: 80-100)

  • 10+ infringements
  • Below 50% success rate
  • Slow or no response
  • Frequent re-uploads
  • Multiple escalations

Action: Immediate escalation, legal consideration

Medium Risk (Score: 50-79)

  • 5-9 infringements
  • 50-75% success rate
  • Moderate response time
  • Occasional re-uploads
  • Some escalations

Action: Standard process with escalation readiness

Low Risk (Score: 0-49)

  • 1-4 infringements
  • Above 75% success rate
  • Quick response
  • Rare re-uploads
  • No escalations needed

Action: Standard takedown process

Geographic Analysis

Common Questions

How many domains do you track?

We track all domains where your content is detected—there's no limit. Most creators have 50-200 domains in their monitoring database.

Can I manually add domains to monitor?

Yes! Add domains to your custom sites monitoring list for proactive scanning.

What if a domain changes hosting or name?

We track by domain name. If a site moves hosting, we update the hosting provider information. If they change domains, it appears as a new entry.

Domain monitoring provides comprehensive evidence of repeat infringement patterns. Export reports and share with your attorney for legal proceedings.

Can I see which specific content was found on each domain?

Yes! Click any domain to view all associated scan results and takedown requests with full details.

Do you monitor the dark web?

Dark web monitoring is a separate feature available on Ultra VIP plans. Standard domain monitoring covers the surface web.
