This template is for sending a final escalation notice to a hosting provider, domain registrar, or ISP when your initial escalation notice has gone unanswered. This is the last formal step before pursuing legal action under EU copyright law.

Final Step Before Legal Action
This notice should only be sent after your escalation notice has received no response for at least 5 business days. Sending this notice signals that you are prepared to pursue legal remedies if action is not taken immediately.
When to Use This Template
Use this final escalation notice when:
- You sent an escalation notice to the hosting provider or registrar (5+ business days ago)
- No response or action has been taken
- The infringing content remains accessible
- You have documented all prior notices (initial → follow-up → escalation)
- You are prepared to pursue legal action if necessary
Do NOT use if:
- You haven't sent an escalation notice first
- Less than 5 business days have passed since your escalation notice
- The provider has responded (even if slowly) — give them time to act
- The content has already been removed
Before You Send
